2. Description of Service

Simulabs provides interactive sandboxes, learning materials, and AI-assisted educational tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Using the sandboxes for malicious activities (e.g., crypto-mining, DDoS attacks).
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the security of the Platform.
• Uploading or executing harmful code, viruses, or malware.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Simulabs. Code written by users within the sandboxes remains the intellectual property of the respective users, subject to the open-source licenses they choose.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Simulabs, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
